Sustainability Lead Job Summary:

We are seeking an accomplished Sustainability Lead to join our team. In this key role, you will be instrumental in shaping and executing our sustainability initiatives. Your primary responsibility will be to develop, implement, and manage comprehensive sustainability strategies across all our operations.

As a leader and advisor, you will collaborate with various disciplines to identify opportunities for improvement, contributing to a more sustainable future. This involves working closely with departments such as Transport, Green Initiatives, Sustainable Urban Drainage Systems, and Water Resources to achieve our sustainability objectives.

Main Tasks and Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct annual due diligence and updates for LEED accreditation of the Masterplan.
  2. Manage and update LEED data on the ARC platform, including Base Data for various credit categories.
  3. Collaborate with Urban Planning and Projects Management Department to integrate sustainable practices into the Masterplan, particularly focusing on social engagement in public realm spaces.
  4. Explore opportunities to improve the Masterplan's LEED standing through review and potential embellishment.

Necessary Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, science, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 12 years of experience in a related field.
  • Strong understanding of LEED principles and practices.
  • Proven track record of success in developing and implementing sustainability initiatives.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite and other relevant software tools.
