Job Title: Office Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Office Coordinator to join our team at Canapro International Ltd. This is a permanent position that requires a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team members, including scheduling appointments, preparing meeting minutes, and maintaining accurate records. Additionally, they will be responsible for ordering office supplies, managing inventory, and performing data entry tasks.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a variety of software applications, including MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word. You will also be required to maintain accurate and up-to-date records, prepare reports, and assemble data for periodic and special reports.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business administration or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word.
