About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Concrete Finisher to join our team at BAGRI EXTERIOR LTD. as a Surface Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality finish on our concrete surfaces.

Key Responsibilities
  • Fill hollows and remove spots on freshly poured cement to achieve a smooth finish.
  • Operate power vibrators to compact concrete and ensure it meets our quality standards.
  • Level top surface concrete according to grade and depth specification to ensure accuracy.
  • Impart desired finish to concrete surfaces using hand and power tools, showcasing your expertise.
  • Install anchor bolts, steel plates, door sills, and other fixtures to complete the finishing process.
  • Waterproof, damp proof, and restore surfaces to their original condition.
  • Repair, resurface, and replace worn or damaged sections of concrete structures to maintain our high standards.
Requirements
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in concrete finishing.
  • Permanent employment with a 40-hour workweek.
  • Fluency in English as the primary language of communication.
