About the Role:
We are seeking a reliable and skilled Logistics Coordinator to join our team at Sarita Food Wholesale. As a key member of our logistics department, you will be responsible for ensuring the timely and efficient delivery of goods to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Transporting goods by hand or using vehicles such as automobiles, vans, and light trucks
- Loading and unloading goods from vehicles
- Maintaining accurate records of items received and delivered
- Following directions and using maps to plan routes
- Conducting pre-trip, en route, and post-trip inspections of vehicles
Requirements:
- Air Brakes Endorsement
- Class 5/5F/G Licence (cars, small trucks, and other 2-axle vehicles)
- Ability to work in a physically demanding environment
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Flexibility and reliability
- Initiative and ability to work independently
What We Offer:
- A competitive salary of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience
- A permanent full-time position with 40 hours of work per week
