Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Office Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for data entry, answering and forwarding phone lines, job costing and tracking, assisting office management with daily tasks, software entry and tracking systems, work orders, issuing PO#'s, and scheduling. In addition, the candidate will be responsible for QuickBooks data entry and provide excellent customer service.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need a high school diploma, knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.), strong organization skills, attention to detail, and knowledge of technology. You should also be able to multitask, have experience with QuickBooks, and possess accounting skills related to office administration. Finally, you will need to provide excellent customer service.
