We are seeking skilled tradespeople to work in various capacities at our cement plant in Picton. The ideal candidate would be a mechanic, millwright, or heavy industrial skilled labourer with experience in machinery and equipment maintenance.

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Install, repair, and maintain various machines and equipment within the plant

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues

• Work effectively in a team environment and communicate with colleagues and management

• Maintain a safe and clean work environment

**Requirements:**

• Must be comfortable working on your feet and able to lift 50lbs without struggling

• Must be comfortable working outdoors in all conditions

• Must have own transportation and approved steel toe footwear

• Strong verbal and written English communication skills

• Strong work ethic and good time management abilities

• Knowledge of machinery and equipment maintenance is preferred
