About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Control Supervisor to join our team at Fourmark Manufacturing Inc. as part of our ongoing efforts to improve our manufacturing processes and ensure the highest quality products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Coordinate Production Activities

Oversee the activities of production workers who operate processing machines and fabricate, assemble, finish, or inspect plastic or rubber parts and products.

Establish Work Schedules and Coordinate with Other Units

Develop methods to meet work schedules and coordinate work activities with other work units to ensure efficient production.

Recommend Personnel Actions

Recommend personnel actions such as hiring and promotions to ensure the right talent is in place to meet our manufacturing goals.

Prepare Production Reports

Prepare production and other reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement.

Improve Productivity and Quality

Recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality, ensuring our products meet the highest standards.

Train and Develop Staff

Train staff and workers in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.

Requisition Materials and Equipment

Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed to support production activities.

Requirements
  • 5-10 Years of Experience
  • Supervisory Experience in a Manufacturing Environment
  • Strong Communication and Leadership Skills
  • Ability to Work in a Fast-Paced Environment
  • English Language Proficiency
