Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Control Supervisor to join our team at Fourmark Manufacturing Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of production workers, ensuring the highest quality standards are met in the production of plastic products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of production workers to ensure efficient and effective production processes.
  • Establish and implement quality control procedures to ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct regular quality audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Train and develop production staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless production processes and high-quality products.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a supervisory or quality control role.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
