  • Cost Control: Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, and prepare budget and cost estimates.
  • Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns promptly and professionally, maintaining a positive dining experience.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, as well as prepare and submit reports as needed.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Work Environment: Work in a fast-paced restaurant environment with exposure to odours and hot temperatures.
  • Work Setting: Work in a restaurant setting, preparing and serving food to customers.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Supervision: Supervise a team of 5-10 people.
  • Language: English is the primary language spoken in this role.
  • Hours of Work: 30 to 35 hours per week.
Compensation

The estimated salary for this position is $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
