About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Landscape Gardener Helper to join our team at RLawn. As a key member of our grounds maintenance team, you will be responsible for assisting with landscape constructions, weeding, pruning, and trimming trees and plants, cutting grass, raking and collecting refuse, removing litter and garbage, and carting and spreading topsoil and other materials.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with landscape constructions and maintenance tasks
  • Weed, prune, and trim trees and plants
  • Cut grass and maintain lawns
  • Rake and collect refuse
  • Remove litter and garbage
  • Cart and spread topsoil and other materials
  • Plant bulbs, flowers, shrubs, and trees
  • Water and tend to plants, lawns, and/or gardens

Requirements:

  • No degree, certificate, or diploma required
  • Will train on the job
  • Work site environment: outdoors
  • Work setting: landscape contractor, landscape maintenance, private residence
  • Work term: permanent
  • Work language: English
  • Hours: 30 to 44 hours per week
