Corporate Trainer Opportunity

Boston Pizza International, Inc. (Calgary) is seeking a highly skilled Corporate Trainer to join our team. As a Corporate Trainer, you will play a critical role in supporting the growth and development of our franchisees and restaurant staff.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs to ensure consistent delivery of our brand standards.
  • Provide hands-on training and coaching to franchisees, general managers, and kitchen managers.
  • Collaborate with the Senior Training Manager and Lead Corporate Trainers to design and implement training programs and resources.
  • Support franchisees in achieving business goals and operating world-class restaurants through standardized Corporate Training programs.
  • Monitor and update resources at the Corporate Training Restaurants as needed.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a supervisory/management role at a casual dining restaurant.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Bilingual (English/French) a plus.
  • Basic knowledge and understanding of Microsoft office programs and Microsoft Teams.
  • Great training and public speaking skills.
  • Agile, adaptable, and able to handle changing situations.
  • Flexible with the ability to adjust your schedule as situations arise.
  • Team player with good organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
