About the Position

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Strategic Marketing Vice President to join our team at AL-SHAMAS FOOD PRODUCTS LTD. This is a permanent position that offers an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to make a significant impact on our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to achieve business objectives and drive growth.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to launch new products, services, and initiatives.
  • Manage and optimize budgets to ensure effective resource allocation.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to establish brand positioning, messaging, and visual identity.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer behavior to inform marketing strategies.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and suppliers.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a marketing leadership role, preferably in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $500,001 - $1,500,000, depending on experience and qualifications. In addition, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including mileage paid, free parking, and physical accessibility accommodations.
