Job Summary:
  We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Financial Operations Coordinator to join our team at Dependable Mechanical Systems, Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing a wide range of accounting and administrative tasks, including preparing general ledgers, journal entries, and trial balances, as well as managing accounts payable and reconciliations. Additionally, the ideal candidate will have proficiency in accounting software and a strong understanding of financial systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  


  •     
  • Prepare general ledger, journal entries, and trial balances
        
  • Manage accounts payable and bank reconciliations
        
  • Assess fixed assets and depreciation
        
  • Perform foreign currency exchange
        
  • Store, update, and retrieve financial data
        
  • Perform clerical duties, such as maintaining filing and record systems
        
  • Perform general office duties
        
  • Organize and maintain inventory
        
  • Prepare financial statements and reports
        
  • Use accounting software
      

 

The successful candidate will possess strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

Requirements:
  


  •     
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
        
  • 5 years or more experience in accounting and administrative roles
        
  • Proficiency in accounting software, such as QuickBooks
        
  • Strong understanding of financial systems and processes
        
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
        
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
