Job Title: Bartender - Full Time

We are seeking a skilled and charismatic Bartender to join our team at AccorHotel. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service and creating memorable experiences for our patrons.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Offer professional and friendly guest service, supporting fellow colleagues to ensure a seamless experience.
  • Assist guests with beverage menu items, providing informative and helpful guidance.
  • Mix drinks and manage beverage stock according to guidelines.
  • Have in-depth knowledge of beverage lists and promotions.
  • Be familiar with all menu items, garnishes, contents, and preparation methods.
  • Adhere to outlet policies, procedures, and service standards.
Requirements:
  • Previous mixology experience, including cocktail creation, is essential.
  • Excellent knowledge of all beverage products is required.
  • Previous Point of Sale System experience is an asset.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills are necessary.
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities are required.
  • Highly responsible and reliable, with the ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work cohesively as part of a team and focus attention on guest needs.
Additional Information:

Visa Requirements: Must be legally eligible to work in Canada. The hotel is unable to assist candidates in obtaining Canadian Work Authorization.
