About the Role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. This includes managing staff performance, planning and organizing daily operations, conducting performance reviews, and enforcing provincial/territorial liquor legislation and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor staff performance and provide constructive feedback
- Plan and organize daily operations to ensure smooth service delivery
- Conduct regular performance reviews to evaluate employee performance
- Enforce provincial/territorial liquor legislation and regulations in accordance with company policies
- Organize and maintain inventory levels to prevent stockouts and overstocking
- Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner
- Provide excellent customer service to ensure high customer satisfaction
- Supervise a team of 5-10 people, including providing guidance and support as needed
Requirements:
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Degree in hospitality or related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time management skills
