Job Title: Cleaning and Maintenance Associate

At Comfort INN & Suites, we are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Cleaning and Maintenance Associate to join our team. As a key member of our housekeeping department, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of cleanliness and maintenance in our hotel.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain a high level of cleanliness in guest rooms, corridors, and public areas.

• Clean and polish floors, dust furniture, and vacuum carpets and upholstered furniture.

• Make beds, change sheets, and distribute clean towels and toiletries.

• Disinfect operating rooms and other areas as needed.

• Handle and report lost and found items.

• Provide excellent customer service and respond to guests' requests.

• Maintain a safe and secure environment for guests and staff.

Requirements:

• Willingness to learn and train.

• Ability to work a variable schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

• Ability to lift, carry, and move heavy objects.

Working Conditions:

• Work in a fast-paced hotel environment.

• Exposure to cleaning chemicals and equipment.

• May be required to work in a confined space.

Language:

• English (Anglais)

Hours of Work:

• 30 to 40 hours per week
