Retail Store Manager Leader

Circle K/Shell is looking for a skilled and experienced Retail Store Manager to lead our team in delivering exceptional customer service and achieving sales targets.
About the RoleThis is a full-time position, requiring 32 to 40 hours of work per week. The successful candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in a similar role and be fluent in English.
The estimated annual salary for this position is between $45,000 and $65,000, depending on location and experience.
Job Description- Direct and control daily store operations, ensuring a safe and efficient working environment for employees and customers alike.
- Evaluate store performance regularly, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as necessary.
- Manage staff effectively, assigning duties and providing guidance and support where needed.
- Analyze market research and trends to determine consumer demand and competitor activity, informing decisions on pricing and inventory management.
- Develop and implement budgets, monitoring revenues and expenses closely to ensure profitability.
- Resolve customer complaints and supply shortages promptly, demonstrating excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Oversee payroll administration, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.
- Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters, providing valuable insights for management.
- 1-2 years of experience in a retail management role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make informed decisions under pressure.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and lead a team.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
