About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Cleaning Professional to join our team at Green & Gold Cleaning. As a key member of our cleaning crew, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene in our clients' facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Floor Care: Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors to a high shine, ensuring a safe and clean environment for our clients.
  • Dusting and Polishing: Dust all furniture and fixtures, and polish kitchen and bathroom appliances to a sparkling finish.
  • Vacuuming and Cleaning: Vacuum all carpeting, area rugs, draperies, and upholstered furniture, and clean and disinfect all surfaces.
  • Trash and Recycling: Pick up debris and empty trash containers, and ensure that all recycling is properly sorted and disposed of.
  • Window Cleaning: Wash windows, walls, and ceilings to a spotless finish.
Work Environment and Physical Demands
  • Work Conditions: Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment, with tight deadlines and repetitive tasks.
  • Physical Capabilities: Ability to bend, crouch, kneel, and stand for long periods, with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
Personal Qualities and Suitability
  • Punctuality and Dependability: Ability to arrive on time and be reliable in meeting deadlines.
  • Organizational Skills: Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
  • Reliability and Trustworthiness: Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Requirements
  • Work Term: Permanent position with a minimum of 30-40 hours per week.
  • Work Language: English.
