About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team at Green & Gold Cleaning as a Cleaning Professional. As a key member of our cleaning team, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene in our clients' facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sweeping and Mopping: Ensure all floors are clean and free of debris, using a combination of sweeping and mopping techniques.
  • Dusting and Polishing: Dust all furniture and fixtures, and polish all surfaces to a high shine.
  • Vacuuming and Cleaning: Vacuum all carpets, area rugs, draperies, and upholstered furniture, and clean all kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances.
  • Trash and Recycling: Empty all trash and recycling containers, and replace liners as needed.
  • Window Cleaning: Clean all windows, walls, and ceilings to a high standard.
Work Environment and Physical Demands
  • Fast-Paced Environment: Work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and a high level of pressure.
  • Physical Demands: The role requires a high level of physical fitness, including bending, crouching, kneeling, and standing for long periods.
  • Combination of Sitting and Standing: The role requires a combination of sitting and standing, with frequent walking and movement.

  • Permanent Full-Time Position: This is a permanent full-time position, with a regular schedule of 30-40 hours per week.
