Job Title: Home Support Team LeadJob Summary:

The Home Support Team Lead will play a vital role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality care and service to clients in their homes. This position requires exceptional leadership skills, a strong focus on client satisfaction, and the ability to work collaboratively with a team.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Assess client needs and develop personalized care plans in consultation with healthcare professionals.
  • Supervise and support a team of unlicensed caregivers to ensure compliance with federal and provincial regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
  • Lead business development initiatives to grow the home care business and improve client satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the Client Service Coordinator to coordinate services and ensure seamless client experiences.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals, community organizations, and other stakeholders to promote Bayshore HealthCare's services.
Requirements:
  • Graduation from an accredited Licensed/Registered Practical Nursing Program; current registration with the provincial regulating body.
  • At least five years of recent experience in home support supervision, preferably in a community setting.
  • Strong track record in leading training programs, interpreting company policies, and handling human resources.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, ability to handle difficult situations objectively, and above-average report writing and communication skills.
Compensation Package:

We offer a competitive salary of $85,000-$110,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. Additionally, you can expect a comprehensive benefits package, paid travel opportunities, and a retirement plan.
