We are seeking a highly skilled Physiotherapy Rehabilitation Specialist to join our team at Dynamic Physiotherapy (SG) Inc. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in assessing patients' physical abilities and developing treatment programs to help them recover from injuries or disabilities.

Job Description:

  • Assess patients' physical abilities to identify areas of need and develop personalized treatment plans
  • Work under the direction of physiotherapists and/or occupational therapists to carry out treatment programs and rehabilitate patients with various injuries or disabilities
  • Collaborate with chiropractors to educate patients on their health and well-being, plan physiotherapy programs, and document patient progress

Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate patients' physical abilities through assessments and tests
  • Develop and implement treatment programs to improve patients' physical function and mobility
  • Position patients for treatments by chiropractor or machine, ensuring optimal comfort and safety
  • Administer evaluative tests and procedures to track patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
  • Keep equipment clean and well-maintained to ensure optimal functionality
  • Provide educational support to patients on maintaining a healthy lifestyle and preventing future injuries or disabilities
  • Plan and implement physiotherapy programs to meet the unique needs of each patient
  • Select appropriate exercises, apparatus, and manipulations to aid in patient recovery
  • Connect treatment machines to patients, as directed by chiropractor, to ensure safe and effective treatment
  • Assist chiropractors with physical examinations to provide comprehensive care to patients
  • Document patient rehabilitation progress to track improvements and make informed treatment decisions
  • Process files and paperwork to maintain accurate records and meet regulatory requirements

Requirements:

  • Registered Apprenticeship certificate or equivalent experience
  • At least 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with patients, colleagues, and healthcare professionals
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve common goals
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to assess patient needs and develop effective treatment plans
