  • Apply extensive experience in Functional Oracle Cloud HCM Core HR, Compensation, Talent, and Learn.

Required Skills and Qualifications
Functional Experience:
  • At least 8 years of hands-on experience in implementation and support of at least 2 full-cycle projects of Oracle Cloud HCM Core HR, Compensation, Talent, and Learn modules.

Implementation and Support:
  • 12+ years of relevant experience in implementation or support of Oracle Cloud HCM Core HR, Compensation, Talent, and Learn modules.

Business Analysis:
  • Ability to drive discussions with business across phases of the project.
  • Perform Root Cause Analysis.
  • Share scalable solutions.

Technology Knowledge:
  • Knowledge of Redwood Pages.
  • Knowledge on Extracts, HDLs, Fast Formula, and Reports is an added advantage.
