Job Summary

The successful candidate will provide exceptional care and support to our veterinary team, ensuring the highest level of service to our clients and their pets.

Responsibilities
  • Assist veterinarians with medical procedures, including handling and restraining animals, preparing and administering medications, and conducting laboratory research.
  • Provide nursing care and rehabilitation therapy for animals, including wound and bandage care.
  • Work in a fast-paced environment, standing for extended periods, bending, crouching, and kneeling as needed.
  • Develop strong relationships with clients, providing excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment, demonstrating flexibility and a client-focused approach.
Requirements
  • College diploma or equivalent in a related field.
  • Experience in a veterinary setting an asset.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Physical stamina to perform duties, including standing for extended periods and lifting animals as needed.
