Key Responsibilities

  9. Travel and Customer Support: Travel, both domestic and internationally, is a requirement of this position. Visit key customers in conjunction with the sales team to provide in-depth product knowledge.
  10. Stay Current on Industry Developments: Stay current on industry developments, competitive offerings, and issues affecting sales and customers.
  11. Personal Development: Take responsibility for personal development and enhancement of skills.
About You

We are looking for a candidate who is willing to learn, open-minded, and flexible, organized, team-oriented, disciplined, and has a positive attitude. Ideally, you will have had experience working within a similar metal fabrication, heavy equipment assembly environment, and you possess the majority or all of the following qualifications:

  1. Post-Secondary Education: Post-secondary diploma or degree from an engineering, business, or mining program.
  2. Aptitude to Learn: Aptitude to learn the technology and underground mining equipment/environment.
  3. Computer Literacy: High level of computer literacy and proficiency with MS Office.
  4. Professionalism: High level of professionalism, honesty, and integrity.
  5. Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, need to be able to positively represent MacLean when talking to customers.
  6. Listening Skills: Excellent listening skills.
  7. Driver's License and Passport: A valid driver's license and passport are required for this role.
  8. Bilingualism: Bilingualism is an asset (French and/or Spanish).
