Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Reliability and Maintenance Specialist to join our team at Omya. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the reliability and efficiency of our equipment and processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Reliability and Predictive Maintenance
    • Coordinate the evaluation of process equipment to improve performance, reliability, quality, capacity, and operating and investment costs.
    • Participate in cost estimates for new plants or expansions.
  • Technical Planning and Scheduling
    • Maximize the utilization of maintenance resources and modify the plan as needed.
    • Track and record costs through work orders and invoices.
  • QSHE Compliance
    • Maintain safe working conditions and practices to achieve a zero (0) lost time injury record.
    • Perform work duties in accordance with Omya Quality Systems Manual procedures and company policy.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
  • Minimum of five years' experience in the Engineering field.
  • Previous exposure to reliability engineering, root cause analysis, and FMEA.
  • Experience in project engineering and process design.
  • Strong understanding of best practices in reliability.
  • Team management experience.
