Responsabilités

Le chef de service est responsable de la planification, de l'organisation et de la mise en œuvre des services alimentaires pour Charlie's Chopsticks Welland. Voici quelques-unes des responsabilités clés :

  • Déterminer le type de services à offrir et mettre en place des procédures opérationnelles
  • Organiser et maintenir l'inventaire
  • Veiller à ce que les réglementations de santé et de sécurité soient respectées
  • Négocier des arrangements avec les fournisseurs pour les aliments et les autres fournitures
  • Négocier avec les clients pour la prestation de services de restauration ou l'utilisation des installations
  • Aborder les plaintes ou les préoccupations des clients
  • Offrir un service client
  • Planifier, organiser, diriger, contrôler et évaluer les opérations quotidiennes
Supervision

Le chef de service supervise une équipe de 5 à 10 personnes.

Conditions de travail et capacités physiques

Le chef de service travaille dans un environnement dynamique et doit être capable de travailler sous pression. Il doit également avoir une grande attention aux détails.

Adéquation personnelle

Le chef de service doit avoir une forte orientation client, être dépendable, avoir des compétences interpersonnelles efficaces, une excellente communication orale, être flexible, organisé, fiable et un membre d'équipe.

Expérience

Le chef de service a entre 1 et 2 ans d'expérience dans le domaine des services alimentaires.

Caractéristiques de l'emploi

L'emploi est permanent et les heures de travail sont de 30 à 40 heures par semaine. La langue de travail est l'anglais.
