We are seeking a motivated Organizational Growth Specialist to join our team at Interfor. In this role, you will maintain knowledge of our Learning Management System (LMS) to ensure the system meets organizational needs, support the maintenance and troubleshooting of the system, and research new functionalities and features to support continuous improvement efforts and maximize the utilization of LMS features.

You will work on assignments dealing with the routine and daily operation, maintenance & administration of the LMS, such as email triggers, reports, auditing training records, etc. You will also upload courses to the LMS, revertions when needed, and build instructor-led-training sessions as requested.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Maintains knowledge of our Learning Management System (LMS) to ensure the system meets organizational needs.
  • Supports the maintenance and troubleshooting of the system.
  • Researches new functionalities and features to support continuous improvement efforts and maximize the utilization of LMS features.

**Requirements:**

  • 2+ years related experience in learning and talent development, organizational development, or a related field.
  • Relevant post-secondary degree preferred.
  • Intermediate skills with MS Office Suite, with emphasis on Microsoft Excel functions (e.g., formulas, pivot tables, conditional formatting, etc.), PowerPoint and Teams.
