Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team at Wild Wings. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Operations Management: Plan and organize daily restaurant operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and supply chain logistics.
- Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of restaurant staff, including servers, bartenders, and kitchen personnel.
- Customer Service: Ensure that all customers receive exceptional service, addressing complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Financial Management: Manage restaurant finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and controlling costs.
- Marketing and Sales: Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive sales growth and increase customer loyalty.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
- Work Conditions: Fast-paced environment, repetitive tasks, physically demanding, and attention to detail.
- Personal Suitability: Accurate, dependable, efficient interpersonal skills, and ability to multitask.
