Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Manager to join our team at Wild Wings. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Management
- Supervise and train a team of restaurant staff to ensure excellent service and high-quality food preparation.
- Recruit, hire, and develop a talented team of restaurant professionals.
- Operations and Logistics
- Plan and organize daily restaurant operations, including inventory management, staff scheduling, and supply chain logistics.
- Ensure the restaurant is clean, safe, and well-maintained, meeting all health and safety regulations.
- Customer Service and Sales
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, increase customer satisfaction, and improve customer retention.
- Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
- Financial Management
- Manage restaurant finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
- Education
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Work Experience
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a restaurant management role
- Skills and Abilities
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work in a physically demanding environment
