We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at CB Canada. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and sales support to our customers. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced retail environment and contribute to the success of our team.
Key Responsibilities- Provide excellent customer service and support to customers in a retail environment
- Assist customers in finding the right products and services to meet their needs
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay up-to-date on new products and services
- Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales goals and objectives
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous retail sales experience an asset
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
- Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
