We're seeking a highly skilled F&I Specialist to join our team at the Amynta Group.

Key Responsibilities:


• Achieve store sales targets through the sale of Finance & Insurance (F&I) products, utilizing reporting tools to track sales performance.


• Collaborate with F&I Managers to deliver one-on-one sales training, modeling the Sym-Tech F&I process.


• Administer F&I process core competency tests and participate in group/store sales training and meetings.


• Utilize available sales reporting tools to track sales performance and provide regular updates.


• Participate in account kick-off process, including pre/kickoff/post activities, and communicate with supervisors regularly.

Requirements:


• 3+ years of experience as a Business, Finance, or Sales Manager, preferably in F&I.


• Proven track record in new car automotive retail, producing results in F&I, Sales, and Sales Management.


• Excellent communication, training, coaching, and relationship-building skills.


• OMVIC certification (Ontario only).


• High level of energy and a positive attitude.
