We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven F&I Sales Professional to join our team at the Amynta Group.

Key Responsibilities:


• Achieve store sales targets through the sales of Finance & Insurance (F&I) products, utilizing reporting tools to track sales performance.


• Collaborate with F&I Managers to deliver one-on-one sales training, modeling the Sym-Tech F&I process.


• Administer F&I process core competency tests, ensuring team members meet the required standards.


• Participate in group and store sales training, providing updates on sales performance and identifying areas for improvement.


• Utilize available sales reporting tools to track sales data and provide insights to management.


• Communicate regularly with supervisors, providing sales updates and identifying potential opportunities and concerns.

Requirements:


• 3+ years of experience in Business, Finance, or Sales Management, preferably in F&I.


• Proven track record in new car automotive retail, producing results in F&I, Sales, and Sales Management.


• Excellent communication, training, coaching, and relationship-building skills.


• OMVIC certification (Ontario only).


• High level of energy and a positive attitude.
