At Meridia Recruitment Solutions, we are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our team as Director of Risk Management. This role is a critical part of our organization, and we need someone with the expertise to drive our risk management strategy forward.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement a comprehensive risk management framework to mitigate potential threats and ensure business continuity.
- Lead a team of risk management professionals to identify, assess, and prioritize risks across the organization.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement risk mitigation strategies and controls.
- Monitor and report on risk exposure and mitigation progress to senior management.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging risks and trends, and adapt our risk management strategy accordingly.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in risk management, preferably in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing effective risk management strategies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex risk concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Excellent leadership and collaboration skills, with the ability to build and manage high-performing teams.
- Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and industry standards related to risk management.
