Finance Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Operations Manager to join our team at Lafontainemazdalivonia. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for delivering finance project and process improvement initiatives, supporting enterprise projects, and assessing the feasibility of finance change objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver finance project and process improvement initiatives
  • Support enterprise projects
  • Assess feasibility of finance change objectives
  • Mentor a group of finance managers
  • Effectively own the finance change stream
Requirements:
  • Designated accounting professionals with CA, CGA, CMA qualified or equivalent
  • ~10 plus years in a progressive leadership role, specifically within Finance
  • Strong sense of customer focus, quality results oriented, managing stakeholder's expectation and timely communication
  • Broad business knowledge in Finance accounting/reporting/planning, IT/Systems, Underwriting, Claims Operations, Reserving, IFRS17
