Financial Manager Job Description

**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Manager to join our team at Michael Page International Canada Limited. As a Financial Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations of our organization, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, and providing strategic financial guidance to our leadership team.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Manage and oversee the financial planning and analysis process, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
* Coordinate and review financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
* Provide financial guidance and support to our leadership team, including financial modeling and analysis
* Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
* Manage and supervise a team of financial analysts and accountants

**Requirements**

* Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting
* 10+ years of experience in financial management, including 5+ years of experience in a leadership role
* Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in financial software applications
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
