Job Title: Office Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Manager to join our team at Massage Addict Oakville.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the team, including data entry, record-keeping, and correspondence.
  • Office Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the office, including managing supplies, equipment, and facilities.
  • Human Resources: Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
  • Financial Management: Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication with staff, clients, and stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Education: College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and ability to work independently.
Work Environment:

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced office environment with a dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and organizational skills.

Language:

English is the primary language of communication in this role.

Hours:

35 hours per week.
