At The Indian Aroma Kitchen Inc., we are seeking a seasoned Restaurant Management Team Lead to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and experienced individual to take on a leadership role in our restaurant operations.

About the Role

The Restaurant Management Team Lead will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our food service staff, ensuring seamless execution of our menu offerings and maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction. As a key member of our management team, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and improving operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Schedule and manage the work of our food service staff to ensure adequate coverage during peak periods.
  • Train and develop staff members to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Maintain accurate records of stock levels, waste, and other key performance indicators.
  • Analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • No more than 6 months of experience in a supervisory or management position.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams to achieve goals.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
