About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Systems Analyst to join our team at CognitoCRM. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing information systems business solutions that meet the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Confer with clients to identify their requirements and develop tailored solutions.
  • Design and implement information systems that improve business efficiency and productivity.
  • Provide expert advice on information systems strategy, policy, management, and service delivery.
  • Develop policies, procedures, and contingency plans to minimize the effects of security breaches.
  • Conduct reviews to assess quality assurance practices, software products, and information systems.
  • Execute and document results of software application tests and information and telecommunication systems tests.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in a relevant field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in business systems analysis or a related field.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and communicate effectively with clients.
  • Strong understanding of data analysis software and information systems.
