About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at FUTURE-TECH CANADA. As a key member of our retail operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our retail store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Store Operations: Oversee the daily operations of the retail store, including managing inventory, maintaining store appearance, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
  • Team Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales staff, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
  • Customer Service: Ensure that customers receive exceptional service, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Merchandising: Work with the buying team to select and manage merchandise, ensuring that the store is stocked with the right products to meet customer demand.
  • Financial Management: Manage store finances, including authorizing payments, tracking sales, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit regular reports on sales, customer service, and store operations to senior management.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years in a retail management role
  • Language: English
  • Work Hours: 30 to 35 hours per week
