Job Title: Property Appraiser

Cushman & Wakefield ULC is seeking a skilled Property Appraiser to join our team. As a Property Appraiser, you will be responsible for appraising the value of properties and buildings, analyzing financial records, and preparing appraisal reports for lending agencies, insurance companies, and government departments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Appraise the value of properties and buildings, considering factors such as location, size, and condition.
  • Analyze financial records, including financial statements, budgets, and sales data, to assess a company's competitiveness or market value.
  • Prepare appraisal reports for various stakeholders, including lending agencies, insurance companies, and government departments.
  • Review and analyze data, such as past sales, title searches, and engineering maps, to determine property values.
  • Work under pressure to meet tight deadlines and deliver high-quality reports.
Requirements:
  • College/CEGEP degree in a relevant field, such as real estate, business, or finance.
  • 1-2 years of experience in property appraisal or a related field.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
