About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Property Appraiser to join our team at Cushman & Wakefield ULC. As a Property Appraiser, you will be responsible for appraising the value of properties and buildings, as well as analyzing financial records and preparing appraisal reports for lending agencies, insurance companies, and government departments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Appraise the value of properties and buildings, including residential, commercial, and industrial properties
  • Analyze financial records, including financial statements, budgets, and sales data
  • Prepare appraisal reports for lending agencies, insurance companies, and government departments
  • Review and analyze data, including past sales, title searches, engineering and alignment maps, and soil maps
  • Work under pressure to meet tight deadlines and manage a large caseload
Requirements
  • Valid driver's license
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Reliability and dependability
