Your Responsibilities
As a Sales & Service Coordinator, you will:
1. Manage inbound and outbound calls from consumers and trade partners regarding order inquiries, changes, product availability, delivery escalations, etc.
2. Manage and respond to email inquiries from consumers and trade partners within established timelines.
3. Confirming/changing orders/deliveries.
4. De-escalate and work with the appropriate team to resolve order & delivery challenges.
5. Proactively manage orders to ensure order quality and order fulfillment.
6. Communicate processes and policies to internal & external parties as appropriate.
7. Adhere to established guidelines and follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
8. Provide order and business process support to Sales and Supply Chain functions.
9. Take various amounts of data from a variety of sources, distill the information, and then identify trends and relevant information.
10. Identify process improvement opportunities.
