  • Assist with product launches and dealer merchandising rollouts by coordinating logistics and ensuring timely deliveries.
  • Coordinate the distribution of all order entries, managing workflows and deadlines to meet client expectations.
  • Process day-to-day order entry for marketing materials and sales tools, maintaining accurate records and reports.
  • Special event orders for trade shows require coordination with logistics teams for efficient shipments and setup.
  • Complete sample orders for customers, trade shows, and other events, demonstrating attention to detail and quality control.
  • Review online orders and follow up with sales teams as needed, fostering strong communication and collaboration.
  • Familiarity with marketing and merchandising materials, brand guidelines, and industry standards is essential for success in this role.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum 2 years of customer service or marketing administration experience, preferably in a similar role.
  • Post-secondary Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with excellent phone and customer service abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and familiarity with ERP systems like Navision or Business Central are significant assets.
  • Ability to navigate fast-paced environments and occasional travel requirements.
