Job Title: Program Manager, Environment and Climate Change

CSA Group is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Program Manager to lead our Environment and Climate Change program. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing strategic and execution leadership in the development of standards-based solutions for the Environment and Climate Change program.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve program objectives, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Lead a team of Project Managers to ensure successful project delivery, including project planning, execution, and monitoring.
  • Build and maintain relationships with industry stakeholders, government agencies, and other external partners to advance the work of the program.
  • Develop and manage program budgets, including financial planning, forecasting, and reporting.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address program risks, opportunities, and challenges.
  • Provide thought leadership and expertise on Environment and Climate Change issues, including policy, regulations, and industry trends.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in a relevant field, such as Environmental Science, Engineering, or Business Administration.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in program management, with a focus on Environment and Climate Change.
  • Proven track record of leading high-performing teams and delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a politically sensitive environment and build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
