About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Window Cleaning Specialist to join our team at Victoria Window Cleaning. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of cleanliness and customer satisfaction for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate and maintain cleaning equipment, including pressure washers, to ensure efficient and effective cleaning of windows and glass surfaces.
  • Wash and clean interior and exterior windows, as well as other glass surfaces, to a high standard.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to client needs and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Work in a fast-paced environment, often at heights and in wet/damp conditions, with a focus on safety and attention to detail.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience in cleaning or a related field is an asset.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Manual dexterity, attention to detail, and ability to work in a physically demanding environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
