Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

Kunjihari Food Inc. is seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual to supervise and coordinate the activities of our food service staff. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that our food and service meet quality control standards, preparing budget and cost estimates, and addressing customer complaints or concerns.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate activities of food service staff
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
  • Hire food service staff
  • Ensure food and service meet quality control standards
  • Prepare budget and cost estimates
  • Address customer complaints or concerns
  • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
  • Prepare and submit reports
  • Supervise and check delivery of food trolleys
  • Establish work schedules
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Work Environment:

The successful candidate will work in a noisy restaurant environment with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.

Security and Safety:

A criminal record check is required for this position.
