A Day in the Life

As the Senior Product Manager - Tech, you will own the vision and strategy for every aspect of the product, from strategy to feature-level definition and then roll out to thousands of users who rely on your tools. You will work closely with customers, engineers, and other stakeholders to understand their challenges and develop solutions that meet their needs.

About the Team

We are a global team with primary offices in Seattle, Phoenix, Arlington, Austin, Vancouver, Edinburgh, and Nashville. We believe there is a right way to recruit, and have brought together research and applied scientists, data engineers, program managers, product managers, UX designers, software developers, and recruiting teams to ideate, build, and learn together.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 5+ years of technical product or program management experience
  • Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
  • Experience with feature delivery and trade-offs of a product
  • Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product
