Job Title: 4th Class Power Engineer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced 4th Class Power Engineer to join our team at McAsphalt. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our asphalt production facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and control hot oil heaters and other equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety
  • Offload and load trucks, tankers, and other vehicles as required
  • Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on equipment and facilities
  • Operate mobile equipment and other machinery as needed
  • Follow all standard operating procedures and policies established by the McAsphalt Operations department

Requirements:

  • Power Engineer education with a valid 4th class steam ticket
  • Previous experience with high pressure boilers and asphalt production equipment
  • Strong work ethic and ability to work in a team environment
  • Reliable method of transportation to and from work
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
