About the Role

We are seeking a talented and passionate Ambitious Eyewear Specialist to join our team at BonLook. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment where you will have the chance to make a meaningful impact on our patients' lives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Educating clients about the best eyewear choices for their lifestyle, ensuring they receive the best in value and quality
  • Informing patients about advances in corrective eyewear solutions as well as assisting with the selection of frames to suit your client's aesthetic and performance needs
  • Interpreting optical prescriptions as written by an optometrist
  • Performing frame and facial measurements to ensure correct fit and positioning of new eyewear and performing repairs and adjustments to returning patients'
  • Placing Contact Lens orders and assisting with fittings
  • Communicating with patients in person, by phone, and by email
  • Billing the patient, their medical service provider and other third parties
  • Managing appointment bookings, prescription printouts and billing and payments
  • Warmly greeting patients as they enter our clinic
  • Upholding excellent customer service standards using your charisma and problem-solving skills
