Bergen Excavating Ltd. is seeking a seasoned Construction Operations Director to lead our team. As a key member of our leadership, you will be responsible for allocating resources, establishing financial and administrative controls, and formulating policies and programs. Your expertise in coordinating regional work, selecting senior staff, and representing the organization will be invaluable to our success. If you have a Bachelor's degree and 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, we encourage you to apply. You will work 40 hours per week in a permanent position, speaking English as the primary language.
